ISA designs by means of 2D and 3D CAD systems (Inventory), responding to the
specific customer’s requirements. Peculiar solutions and customized
applications are the main strengths of the Company and benefit the
end users to optimize their production systems. In the latest years, thanks
to the success on international markets, a range of products have been developed
as elettrospindle indexing heads and double axis electronic
heads, in different types and models to suit various production needs.
All the experience and know-how of ISA in the field of metal are now greatly applied in the wood field. Flagship of current ISA production is the automatic integrated cell called ES 22, the new solution for the flexible machining of the solid wood joinery. ISA ES 22 is a unique system, which integrates all the innovative technology available on the market for the solid wood joinery production. A special patented clamping concept enables to carry out the machining with one set-up of the work piece.
